 How can I join SVRT or get an account for SVRT.org?

  • To create an account, signup for any SVRT Offer. You will be prompted to create an account as part of this process.
       

How do I access my SVRT.org training and other resources?

  • On the website, you must log in to access your SVRT.org resources.
  • If you are not logged in, the menu item in the upper right corner will be Log In. Click or touch this menu item and log in using your e-mail address and password.
  • When you are logged in, the upper right will be the user menu (either a user menu icon or your profile picture). Click or touch this item and select Library from the dropdown to access your resources.

Can I watch training videos on my smartphone?

  • Yes, you can use the SVRT.org website from a smartphone or other device using a web browser.
  • Install the Kajabi App to view Needle Phobia training videos on your phone:
  • Download and install the Kajabi Mobile app by clicking the link for your phone type:
  • Open the Kajabi Mobile app and click Get Started.
  • Enter the email address you used to register on SVRT.org. Kajabi.com will send you an automatic e-mail to confirm your account.
  • Check your e-mail for this message and confirm your account by clicking the Confirm Email Address link in the message.
    • If you don’t receive e-mail on your phone, copy the six digit code from the email message and enter it into the Kajabi app.
    • Contact [email protected] for help if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • After your email is confirmed, click the Open Kajabi App button. If you are prompted to “Open in Kajabi” select Open.
    • On the Welcome screen, select Help Center and you should then see My Library.
    • Select each course you wish to use on the mobile app from your Library. Once the course has finished loading, you can use it with the mobile app.

Notes:

  • Users must register on www.SVRT.org before opening the Kajabi Mobile app.
  • The link in the Kajabi confirmation email will expire after two hours and can only be used once. If you need a new link, sign-in on the app again.

How can I see the names in the Member Directory?

  • Member names are only displayed for users who have logged-in and selected 'opt-in' to share their profile information.
  • To share your profile, click the User Menu in the upper right (user icon or your photo) and select Settings from the drop-down list.
  • Fill-in or update your profile information.
  • Check the 'Opt-in' box below the profile fields.
  • Click Save.

How do I change my Member Directory information and photo?

  • Click or touch the User Menu in the upper right (user icon or your photo) and select Settings from the drop-down list.
  • Fill-in or update your profile information.
  • If you upload a photo for your profile, this will also appear as your User Menu icon.
  • Click Save.
