Dr. Kenneth H. Jacobson was a Senior Arms Control Analyst for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company in Sunnyvale, California. He prepared policy papers and briefings and directs external research in US defense policy, arms control, and the international strategic environment. Prior to this position at Lockheed Martin, he was Director of the International Political Research Program at SRI International in Menlo Park and a Senior Political Scientist in SRI's Washington D.C. office. Ken has a bachelor’s degree in political science from La Salle University and a masters and doctorate degree in international relations from George Washington University. He is a charter member and Vice President of Research at the Silicon Valley Roundtable.
